"Beautiful surroundings, lovely well-priced private lodge"

Lovely little private lodge on a farm. Tremendous views. 5 mins from town by cab or car. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Excellent facilities - WiFi, cooker, washer, kitchen equipment, clean towels, good bathroom. Parking. Smashing pub / restaurant 10 mins walk away. Communication great, full and clear information. Everything dead easy. Bunny rabbits hopping about. Great.

Nothing. It's been a lovely stay. Can't recommend this place enough. Honestly, can't think of anything to criticise.

"Spacious lodge, stunning views"

We loved staying in this lodge. It was spacious, beautifully furnished and so well equipped. The location is stunning too - on a farm with animals around and in the middle of beautiful countryside. Great place to stay! Holmfirth Vineyard is a fantastic place to eat - you can dine while looking over the valley. Food is excellent. Best place we be eaten!

"Perfect quiet location with stunning views."

Perfect location. Views. Good hot shower. Comfy beds. Easy parking. Excellent directions. Rabbits outside the window. Ducks geese hens etc. Would have been nice to have pint of milk in fridge and tea/coffee starter but there was nothing. Plenty of cleaning stuff though.

"Lovely clean caravan, beautiful views, small beds"

Easy to find, very peaceful, beautiful views Really good communication from owner Step son loved having a room overlooking the chickens and the goats!!

Beds were a bit small (we’re tall people - 5’10 and 6’2) and we couldn’t lay down without hunching up! We couldn’t get the main oven or extractor fan to work and switched on all the fuse plugs and still didn’t work. We were up early so didn’t want to bother but I’m sure if we’d have said something it will have been fixed. All “us” problems but for those reasons we wouldn’t stay again.

Great location for walks with the dog. Lovely dog feiendly pub within walking distance . Clean property and comfortable bed . Provision of towels, washing up liquid, tea and coffee was great . Easy to communicate with the owner.

Have stayed in more luxurious accomodation for the same cost and my daughter was dissapointed that it wasn't a smart TV . Other than that it was a great base for some lovely walks
