Staff very friendly, excellent food, spotlessly clean, recently extended and refurbished with very tasteful decor, fridge in room with complimentary water and fresh milk, large bathroom and walk shower with complimentary toiletries

We recently celebrated our anniversary here, & it was nothing short of perfect. The food was phenomenal, exquisite dishes that left us wanting to try everything on the menu. The elegant décor created such a refined atmosphere, & the entire hotel was immaculately clean, which made our stay feel even more special. We stayed in the Florence room, which was both beautiful & incredibly comfortable, offering the perfect blend of charm & relaxation. Every detail contributed to an unforgettable experience, & we truly cannot wait to come back again.

Modern, lovely elegant decor, spotlessly clean

We stayed for a night at the Coach and Horses for our anniversary and also had our meal at the restaurant. The hotel experience was amazing, the room was decorated amazingly as per request and our stay was very comfortable with the room being very clean and spacious. The meal and drinks we had were lovely. I would highly recommend staying here, the staff were very polite, professional and went above and beyond to make our time here as a couple feel very special.

The only criticism I had was that the restaurant should be checking with the customers if they have any allergies/allergens when placing the food order.
