It's quiet and nice to stay at Faith's place. I didn't have time to look around because I was only there for one night, but I will definitely stay there again.

It was great to be at Faith's! She was so sweet that her team made and served us breakfast and even took into account that we were allergic to dairy. Our morning was wonderful because of the beautiful balcony. Thanks for having us ❤️

Our stay at Sky View Kilimani was a harrowing experience that began as a family holiday and ended in a life threatening emergency. We entrusted this property to be a safe home for our four young children, but instead, we were subjected to gross negligence and extreme physical danger. On our very first day, the lack of proper electrical infrastructure forced the staff to use an unsafe extension cord to connect the washing machine. This improper setup, which lacked any surge protection or voltage regulation, resulted in a terrifying electrical explosion and fire in the middle of the night. The wall socket and plug were left completely charred and melted, and it was only by sheer luck that my children were not physically harmed by the blast or a spreading fire. When the building's own security team arrived to inspect the damage, they explicitly confirmed that the housekeeper had created a fire hazard by failing to use the standard protective equipment required for such high-voltage appliances. Rather than taking accountability for this near-fatal mistake, the property management chose to be dismissive and cold. They attempted to shift the blame onto us by claiming we had overloaded the machine, a technical impossibility that was later debunked by safety experts. Even after the explosion, the host showed a shocking lack of empathy, offering only a defective and filthy alternative room where the furniture was so poorly maintained that the bed collapsed under the slightest pressure. The emotional toll on my children has been significant, as they were left traumatized by the explosion and the subsequent days spent in a dark, unsafe apartment with no working electricity or refrigeration. We were forced to watch our children’s fresh food rot while the host made empty promises about repairs that never materialized. The staff even displayed hostility toward my children, at one point taking their toys away and speaking to them in an aggressive manner.

The place is incredibly friendly and provides everything you might want.

The area was clean and new. I would highly suggest it and would love to go back.Everything was great! 😍 The flat has everything we needed to be comfortable. We loved the place and the view from it.

The place to stay is spotless, has everything you need, and has a great view. There is a grocery store and Rio café close by. You can't beat the value for money.
