Eine Kaution zu verlangen nach dem Einkauf. Eine Schande. Ich weiß nicht ob der Besitzer Die Wohnung Renovieren will von meinem Geld . Bis heute habe ich die Kaution nicht zurück bekommen. 690.00 € hat er sich einbehalten. Ich denke boking soll da was machen. Für mich ist das eine abzocke. Morgen gehe ich zu polizei und mache ich eine Anzeige.

Gar nichts. Aufenthalt konnte nicht stattfinden und auch nicht storniert werden

Alles, sowohl die Kommunikation mit dem Wohnungsbetreiber war mangelhaft, als auch die Modalitäten. Den Kautionsbetrag konnte man nicht in der Beschreibung übers Handy finden.

From what I've seen in the other comments, the house is dirty and doesn't look the same as in the photos.

After you pay for your stay, they contact you via email requesting your documents and a €690 deposit. Shortly after, they cancel your stay, say they'll give you a full refund, and then simply disappear.

"Poor cleaning and persistent cigarettes odour"

Flat is located in great area where you can get quick to old town centre, nearest park Kurpark and Thermes. Deep sleep and well relaxed mood , quite neighborhood. Bed matrass where I slept was comfy. Although my sister's were pleased too with their mattresses and quality of sleep they got.

We were very disappointed by the cleanlining process 😔 as we been asked to check- in 2h later than scheduled as previous guests late check-out later and we need to allow time for cleaning and accommodation preparing. We found opposite , poor cleaning, dust, and most disappointing cigarette smell which persisted throughout the stay.

Die unterkunft ist ansich OK. Jedoch ist das personal sehr unzuverlässig. Die kommunikation funktioniert nicht. Ich war in Januar da und plötzlich war jemand da. Uns wurde auch keinen vernünftigen Aufenthalt angeboten. Uns wurde eine sehr schlechte wohnung zugestellt die keine Heizung hat. Ich empfehle jeden der da bucht, dass er geld für einen ersatz bei sich hat. LG
