"Gorgeous view, no hot water"

View was incredible. Great instructions for how to find it and get in. Queen bed was very comfortable. Great little kitchen and having two bathrooms is nice for getting ready in the morning.

No hot water was a big surprise. This should be disclosed in the listing. A bit of coffee would be appreciated and is something I've come to expect for stays in Puerto Rico. Ladder for top bunk was a bit dangerous and the bunkbeds are super loud.

Beautiful and quiet location. Fantastic view, lots of chickens and cats around. Large place with multiple bathrooms and hot water! Well equipped kitchen.

The constant messages from the host and the long list of chores and threats.

The property was very quiet, the view was beautiful and the ammenities were exactly as described/pictured. Having a pull out couch (and linens for it) available was very useful. We liked the 2 bathrooms with 2 showers. Great commuincation and directions/instructions from the owner. Everything you could need for a day at the beach was provided. As a mom of young kids, I appreciated that there was coffee in the cabinet so I could brew some in the morning (I forgot to buy some!). Away from the busier downtown area, AC worked perfectly.

With 2 adults and 2 kids, I don't see how we would have been able to get to/from the house and all the beaches/restaurants/grocery stores without a car. You COULD walk but there are no sidewalks, it's very dark at night and the roads are windy (like, curved) and hilly. I don't know if a golf cart would have made it up some of the hills (ask the owner, she would know better). The bunk bed was the perfect size, but SO sqeaky/creeky. We were going to have both kids sleep in it, but it was noisy. Luckily there was a cot AND pull out couch- lot's of other options, so it didn't affect our stay.
