One of the best experiences I’ve had using Booking, the apartment is exceptional and the host provided everything we needed for our stay. Being in that apartment really felt like home: it’s clean, well equipped, bed is comfortable, kitchen is nice, the bathroom is great as well, it’s close to big supermarkets and some bar and caffès. The hosts were always replying quickly to our messages… I would definitely suggest this apartment to anyone going to Edinburgh for both a short or long stay!

The hosts really put an extra effort to make you feel like home. You will find way more than a regular accommodation: they leave spices and basic kitchen items to help you cooking, hygiene and skin care products, and even a “guide” with all you need to know about the flat (really good if you’re foreigner who are not used to the UK houses), plus additional info like emergency contacts. They also offer you to store your luggage in their cafe nearby. The flat was ready way earlier than check-in time, and Fisher was really nice and helpful when I had some questions about receiving deliveries, always replying within minutes. The flat is very well located, you can go by foot to Arthur’s seat, as well as to the city center if you enjoy walking. The bathtub was a great plus. There’s also all you need as close as a 5min walk, like groceries store, restaurants and cafes, post office, small shopping mall etc. I wish all the best to Fisher and Sue as they really put love in what they do and hope the guests feel welcomed.

Quiet. Comfortable. Clean. Has everything you need, and you can be in the center in 15-20 minutes walking or any bus from right downstairs. The owner is a true gentleman - friendly and helpful.

Highly recommended for a stay in the city! Only few minutes by bus to the center, so very well connected even if situated a bit further. The apartment was really nice and Fisher was very kind and always available!
