Access, location, cleanliness, facilities all ideal....excellent communications

Parking facility is free and available right opposite ... but can take time to find a free spot.

Dark entry stairway

Spacious for 3 people, and thus provides a good value for money. It is clean also. The location is close enough to the city center (5 stops with the bus (and a lot of buses are passing outside the building) or you can walk 1.9 km or so if I remember properly.)

The bed is not so convenient. The building is old.

Apartment is great, very comfortable and well equipped. Great to have a supermarket around the corner (not many in Edinburgh!). Heating working perfectly, as well as hot water, wifi and glad to get a few welcome goodies. He also provided us a place to store the luggage after checking out.

25/30min walk to the downtown, not a problem but not a place to come and go during the day if you are around the touristic places, or have to go to the tours meeting points.

The flat was compact and cosy with great access to the city centre (10-minute bus ride) from just outside the door.

Excellent apartment for overnight stay and rest. There is everything you need. The kitchen has tea, coffee and hot chocolate. Very clean, comfortable. Friendly owner, very polite. The location is excellent - close to the train station, within walking distance. City center 5 minutes. There are supermarkets nearby where you can buy food. We were very satisfied. If you want to visit Edinburgh, I recommend staying here. Clean and comfortable. Thank you.

nice clean property situated on a great location. only a few minutes walk from Holyrood park and has great shops and cafes nearby. Fisher, the host was great and helpful.
