A surcharge of Euro 20 applies for arrivals after check-in hours , specifically from 8 PM - 10 PM o'clock. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. We inform you that from 2 December 2024 the renovation works on the external facades of the building will begin, this will cause some nuisance, you may experience noise from 8:00 to 16:00 and the construction site scaffolding will be erected in front of the windows to carry out the works. It is expected that these works will be carried out in 3/4 months, therefore December 2024, January, February and March 2025. We ask for your understanding, we invite you to contact us for any request.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
