A surcharge of Euro 20 applies for arrivals after check-in hours , specifically from 8 PM - 10 PM o'clock. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. We inform you that from 2 December 2024 the renovation works on the external facades of the building will begin, this will cause some nuisance, you may experience noise from 8:00 to 16:00 and the construction site scaffolding will be erected in front of the windows to carry out the works. It is expected that these works will be carried out in 3/4 months, therefore December 2024, January, February and March 2025. We ask for your understanding, we invite you to contact us for any request.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. The property is conveniently located, just a stone’s throw away from “Stella Pollare” station and a pleasant 15-20 min walk from Lido di Ostia Central. I had no trouble getting to the accommodation. Also, the property overviews the sea and you can enjoy an Italian breakfast on the balcony, which is definitely a fantastic experience. The apartment has everything you need, including plenty of towels, toiletries, bed linens, blankets in case it gets chilly in a fall season. There is an air conditioner which you can you as a heater if you’d like. In the kitchen you’ll find pans, cooking pots, different utensils, and complementary bottles of water. The host is very nice and replies quickly.

The apartment is very nice.

The location was very good, sea view, it was quite spacious too.

The apartment is quite old and needs renovation . The balcony was left in halfwork (tiles leaning .against the wall).

Apartament foarte bine situat,peste drum de plaja libera Hakuna matata din lido.Privelistea din balcon face toți banii! Foarte curat ,gazda foarte amabila si înțelegătoare.Multumim. Pozele corespund realității. Recomand!

Putin gălăgie din cauza traficului, dar am știut de la început,nu a fost o surpriza. Noi am acceptat acest lucru si l am echivalat cu vederea minunata!
