Charming Private Studio Near Raymond James Stadium

I liked the perfect amount of space. Was not too small. I liked access to fridge/freezer, microwave, and parking in the driveway. Good proximity to wants and needs. Close to the freeway.

Walls were paper thin when it came to sound so I was woken early by neighbors. Neighborhood looks a little sketchy but I felt safe 98% of the time.

Comfortable for me and the wife. Needs a few extra things to make it better.

The entrance door needs maintenance work, very hard to get in and out.

The bed was very comfortable .

It wasn’t cozy and it was impossible to get the place warm in 40° weather. Wasn’t decorative at all. I ran out of hot water during my shower. You can smell whatever the person in the “main house” is cooking. All the furniture was cheap. No ice maker, no stove..not enough pillows.

Very cute and was clean. Karla was excellent and very helpful.

They had ants (part of Florida) but the staff offered to come and solve the issue but we chose not to have them in.
