ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!!

I didn't like ANYTHING about this property. It's located in an unsafe neighborhood, and the entrance isn't easy to locate especially at night. The key pad didn't work for me to put the code in so I can enter the property, and when I called the owner I didn't get an answer; however, they text me immediately and said they were unavailable to talk , but can text. Unprofessional!!!! Then when they let me in on their end. The unit was unkept and small. I will NEVER EVER recommend this property and I will be advising others not to rent from here. I ended up staying at the Barrymore Hotel from 12.15.2024 to 12.25.24 paying $200 a night. So, due to this horrible property I loss out on $437.00 and ended up paying well of $1000.

The property was very clean and very quiet. Everything was stocked up perfect perfect for me. The outside smoke area was everything. It was quiet the whole weekend I really enjoyed myself and my husband.

Clean, nice refrigerator,

No lock on front gate. Anybody could have walked in and waited for me to come outside. Was not comfortable sitting outside

It was in an extremely dangerous location where I didn’t even feel safe getting out of my car let alone going inside so I could be a sitting target for the neighborhood to get.

There was groups of people just hanging out in large groups and they were dealing drug right in out front of the houses.

Was private i will recommend it very good
