Beautiful apartment! Nice decor! Great location to go to the Emerge festival. Great parking facilities... Easy to communicate with the property management

The property's basement is in a very poor state. Damp, paint peeling off.. The bin room, is scary. The main building glass door didn't lock properly and the main gate was hard to open with the key. The apartment is great but to give it a 10 would have loved to have a recyclable bin in the kitchen and a swiping brush. And obviously if the rest of the building was in better condition, however I understand it's somehow not at your full control

Inside the property was beautiful ,but the outside was shocking the common areas outside the lift needed to be cleaned and painted

As above also the seating area was way to small and the ledge on the railing was at a slope The numbers are awful we spent ages going around with our case’s trying to find No 13 so could be better signposted .

Overall building a bit rundown, and it was difficult getting into the building on our return from out night out

Apartment was quiet and very clean. Beds were great. Good kitchen with the small things provided. Wash up liquid, tea towels, sponge etc. Gorgeous shower with products provided. Great view with a small balcony where we could watch the world go by and right underneath was a large convenience store. Along the road were some lovely shops, bakery, deli and more. Very nice area. Directly across the road was the Bowery which had good food available. Everything was close by. I was attending Kingsbridge hospital and it was close enough that I could walk up to it, took about 10 mins. Didn't venture anywhere else but I know the bus passes along this road to the city. Great communication with the owner.

Great guide from the host. Lovely toiletries in the bathroom: shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Everything you would need in the kitchen to prepare your own meals. Plenty of towels. Clean and comfortable.

Location was ideal for visiting our family. The apartment was absolutely spot on. Couldn’t fault it.

My wife found gaining access via the key safe confusing as there was a separate one for the flats. Also, booking.com provide a confirmation with a PIN number which was not the correct one. The owner requested our email to provide a PIN number which I did and also a change of email. A direct contact phone number was provided, which was used by my wife. Unfortunately, I couldn’t make the trip , but my wife wasn’t sure how to heat the water. (This may well have been written in an information pack)
