Spacious place and clean.

The staff pushing me 3 days before arrival to know the exactly time of the check in. I answered them with an estimated time like from 16 to 18 but was not enough for them, so they continued writing me every day asking for the exactly time. It was difficult for me to know because I was traveling a lot and doing tours. Very unprofessional from part of them. Also the bed was very old and very noisy. Every time that you move in the bed it was doing a crack sound like if something was loose or broken. That was a problem to have a properly rest.

It's an old apartment in a new well maintained safe building. It was big airy and well equipped. Room was big as well. We found a free parking spot outside to unload our bags. A huge paid parking lot is just outside which is a plus. The biggest advantage was they have a hotel in the city and keys can be picked from there anytime or bags after check out can be left there. Both useful if you need it. People at the hotel were nice too. overall good

Check in was slight difficult as they insisted on us confirming our exact arrival. After quick chat we could sort that and discuss time of arrival. We had someone waiting for us at the accomodation who let us in. A key box would have been helpful. It was not the cleanest in terms of the kitchen drawers. Wasnt used in a while and was oily and dusty. We had to rinse before using everything. Shower area had some hair. Slightly low on cleaning

The apartment is not located in the city center, but it's just a 5-minute walk to the Crystal Gardens in Porto and about a 20-25 minute walk to the center. We are used to walking, so we truly enjoyed it. We didn't use public transport, only took a bus from the airport—and we regretted it because taking a taxi costs the same but is much more convenient. We highly recommend either walking or using taxis, as they are very affordable and easily accessible. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and very warm. There’s a nice little balcony as well. Everything was great, we loved it—clean, well-located, and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

A trash bin in the bathroom, some cups, and a better hairdryer would be nice additions, but overall, everything was great!

The apartment is located in a walking distance from city centre and very, very close to Jardins do Palácio de Cristal. Nice and calm neighbourhood. The apartment itself is spacious and bright.

Apartment was cleaned, but it was not enough for my standards. Kitchen accessories (and shelves) were greasy and dirty, so I needed to clean it hard before using. Same with window blinds in the kitchen. I would also recommend to regularly change shower curtain in the bathroom (it will make a huge change when it comes to comfort). When I wanted to sweep the floor after few days, the broom in the apartment was more dirty and dusty than the floor. I am writing this because these few small changes will make a really big change for people living in this apartment. :) Also I need to highlight that my clean standards are really high that is why I am pointing out what made me feel less comfortable, especially because I chose this apartment based on high "clean rate". Unfortunately, in reality it was not "9" :(

Many light switches didn't work, in particular the one by front door, which fell apart when i used first time.

Great apartment, quite spacious. The lady who did the check-in was very nice (she didn't speak English, but it was no problem for me), she booked me a taxi for the day I had to leave. The apartment was super clean and had everything I needed.

Based on the comments, I expected it to be more central. It's about 1,5 km walking from the centre but uphill. It wasn't an issue for me, but it might be for some people, I guess. Maybe the owners do not know: the hairdryer is broken, it only blows cold air, I recommend you change it 😉

Very comfortable, well furnished and equipped modern apartment. Not big but cozy with enough space for one or two people, plus a nice balcony! Although a lot of constructions going on around the location, it wasn’t that noisy inside, and it’s very close to some key points in Porto: 5 minutes from the gorgeous terraced gardens of the Crystal Palace and 12 minutes to the park in front of the modernist Casa da Musica building. There you can catch the metro.

A few more things in the kitchen would be great: bigger cups, teapot to keep your hot tea, a larger salad bowl but if you are not using the kitchen actively it has every basic necessity. The radiator in the bedroom was not working but it was not the issue for me since I sleep without heating - you can still warm the room with the radiator in the bathroom, you just need to keep that door open.

Spacious for 2 people could use also wash home machine but favourite part was balcony with sun!!

Took me a bit of time to figure out how to turn the water tab in the shower to come out of the shower head.
