Confortable, new and clean

Location a little bit fat from the center.

We chose the apartment for its proximity to the Superbock arena and were pleased to find it is only a short walk away. We walked to the centre in around 30min. Beware it is all uphill on the way back but an uber was only €5-6. The apartment had everything we wanted and was very secure. We felt safe in the neighbourhood.

It's not something to dislike, more for information. We took up the owners offer of a transfer from the airport (€30) and was glad we did. Our flight arrived after reception had closed so the driver had our key. It was dark and I doubt very much that we would have found the apartment without his help. It is tucked away in a corner and not easy to spot. Not something we didn't like, just something other users may wish to consider.

The localisation, the cleanliness, the easy access, the apartment itself.

Nothing to point out, maybe a few things that need a quick fixing because of general use, nothing very serious.

Clean and responsible furniture and kitchen appliances.

A lot of noise from construction in the opposite building. No view. Couple of broken chairs, the shower need fixing.

not so easy - had no idea that we had to collect the keys

it was not peacefull at all. so many bird noice at 5 am plus construction noice around 8 am. so not a good place to sleep. plus they need to change thier sofa.

The apartment was much bigger than I thought it was going to be, it was very clean and had a great shower. The location is away from the centre but this means you get a good night's sleep! Good size fridge and had all the appliances to cook food in the apartment if you wished.
