The view from the Goods Wagon is amazing, the log burner meant we could have heat but still have the doors open to enjoy the evening air. This was our second visit as its in a great location to discover the beauty of Northumberland.

Bed a bit awkward as one person has to climb over the other if needing to get out in the night but understand it has to be that way.

Excellent location in terms of access to places we wanted to visit. Great views over countryside and evening sunsets, and relaxing to see from the verandah various tame and wild life going about their business. Snug, quiet and comfortable accommodation with delightful private garden. Copious instant hot water supply in hut (NB scalding if you're not careful). Comfortable bed. Helpful responses to emailed questions.

Noisy shower. Blinds didn't all work satisfactorily. Not all glasses available in sets of two. Though we worked out how to operate appliances eventually (eg cooker, microwave), a short briefing on arrival or a written guide would be really helpful and save time.

Location quirky accommodation

Only one cereal dish 3 odd glasses barely any washing up liquid and hand soap !!! Towels stank of smoke. Come on easily sorted not too much to ask?

Great views and well presented

The location was stunning and a really fun little gem with beautiful views out over the fields to the sea once the fire was lit it was very cosy and nice place to stay

No one was contactable , eventually after almost a week of trying esclating to booking.com and complaining we got an email message that the place was left unlocked with the key inside the place was difficult to find and the place was cold on arrival no fire lighters for the wood burner ,took a long wile to heat up ,the bedding also looked a little grey

If I had to be picky it would be that we struggled to close window blinds and it’s a very noisy shower with low pressure but other than that no negatives

Location and views were great. The wagon was nice. Very peaceful.

Not enough crockery, i.e., glasses. No plug for sink, no corkscrew. Dial on cooker/ microwave worn off . No hand towels, no small bin in wagon, and no shower gel. All small things that I would not expect to be wrong in a 10 rated accommodation. Just finishing touches, really.
