Very spacious, clean, recently refurbished apartment. Modern kitchen, fully tiled floors throughout. Comfortable living area. Loved the large private patio area that had seating area and dining table that faced the sea and had sun and shade most of the day. There is air conditioning in every room. Plenty of hot water, excellent large showers with shower gel and shampoo. Checked in online using the link to access the electronic key for the apartment door but also had to collect the keys to open the main gate to the apartment. Good communication with Benidorm Booking.com via telephone, whatsapps and email. Excellent location. Near large supermarket and lots of places to eat. Short walk to the old town and to the strip for night life.

Instruction booklets would have been useful, especially to those that explained how to operate the air conditioning. The shower head in one of the bathrooms didn't fit onto the holder. As the apartment was high you have to stand to look over the balcony to view the promenade but beautiful sea view that is very private. It wasn't clear that we needed to collect the keys to be able to get into the apartment block via the outside gate. No welcome pack with some basics, would be especially useful when arriving late. Small one use sachet of washing up liquid and washing machine liquid provided, but no dish washer tablets. Swimming pool and outside grounds were out of use for refurbishment, this wasn't clear when booking.

Location was fab for us, apartment was super clean and felt safe for a group of 4 ladies. Beds were so comfy, all amenities needed in apartment - view was stunning and was a quiet apartment. We loved it!

1. Pool- no loungers didn't feel welcoming 2. Lack of welcome pack - when staying a few days some more basics would have been good. I would have even paid. 3. Lack of welcome booklet - took a while to work bits out / we prefer to not have to set everything up on arrival. 4. Picking keys up- 20 min walk from property not ideal after a 3 hr delay/lock box in reception would have been so much better! Doesn't take away from a fab stay and a lovely apartment so just pointers- book you wont be disappointed.

not having a private balcony or a hairdryer plus the blind in bedroom 2 was broken so we couldn't pull it up as the plastic bead runner was in the wardrobe but otherwise a beautiful apartment,,,,,just to add that the seals on the window in sitting room needs replacing as when the winds were strong the window whistled through the window

The location (above very busy bars but no noise disturbance) and view are brilliant, it´s on the 20th floor. We loved that we had a parking space included. The apartment is huge, too big for just two! It has a fully equipped kitchen, including kettle and coffee machine, yes some people don´t just want Nespresso or whatever! There are electric points everywhere and the wifi is excellent. The balcony is huge, predominantly in the shade which is great, you don´t always want to be in the sun. It´s an apartment where you could live permanently.

The furniture on the balcony lacked more cushions, the thin ones provided didn´t do much to alleviate the hardness of the seats! Also, for the nightly charge we would have expected better towels.

Don't like that you have taken my £175 damage deposit even though I have not caused any damage and you haven't proved that I have. AND you are not answering my emails.. Scammed ! Dont stayed here unless you are prepared to be scammed out if your deposit.
