The location was great, couldn't be any better. The pool area was great, the apartment was modern and clean (to begin with. There were 0 supplies to keep it clean so we had to spend a lot of money on basic cleaning equipment which should be provided.)

The WiFi did not work for the entire duration of the stay, and when we repeatedly queried this, we were completely ignored. They would not respond to our messages nor answer the phone calls. They immediately replied however when I told them I was returning the keys, so my messages were being received but ignored. We in turn each had to pay extra money for a data plan as we had no internet. Not good. The bedding was terrible, only one very thin sheet to use as a blanket. There were 0 cleaning products provided so we also had to spend a lot of extra money on that too. Just book a hotel instead as it ends up being very expensive to stay here.

Spacious apartment with great views and location. It was clean and met our needs. Would 100% stay here again.

The rules are very strict around the pool. It would be easier to inform you what you can do rather than what you can't Can't drink/eat/smoke/play music/use inflatables or play ball, to name a few. Nice pool all the same. Be aware when booking that you need to collect the keys from an office a mile away so arrange transport to there and then to the apartment with keys and cases. Our driver was really annoyed when we explained this to him. In the future, I would book a morning return flight as you have to be out of the apartment by 11am, which is fair enough, but there are no case storage facilities at the block so we had to get them back to the office where I was told they had storage, they didn't. In fact, storage was a unit around the corner (nothing to do with them) and after downloading the app and getting access, it cost €54 for three large cases, which I think is expensive. The points I make are more for information than anything, the actual apartment is great.

Air conditioning was hit and miss as it didn’t seem to cut out at set temperature (this was looked at whilst we were there but no different) Wall paper was coming off in one of the bedrooms, could/ should have been informed before arrival as it didn’t make a very good first impression ( was fixed during stay but too late) Main door to apartment unsure if locked from inside sometimes. Couple more English on tv would have been nice.

The property was immaculately clean upon arrival. The location was superb and the views from the balcony was stunning. It was about a 20 minute walk to collect the keys to the property, the communication advising of this was very clear beforehand so we were expecting this and had planned our journey from the airport accordingly.

There was a lack of concierge over the weekend, which routinely would not be a problem. However, unfortunately one of the lifts broke down with my 16-year-old son inside. He was stuck inside the lift for an hour. We had no way of informing anybody so had to make the 20 minute journey to where we retrieve the keys from for them to call Maintenance. It was a stressful experience. Whilst we were talking to other guests they also mentioned they had encountered problems with the lifts so don’t think it was a isolated incident. It was incredibly hot inside the lift and my son almost passed out whilst inside.

The lifts apparently regularly get stuck and we unfortunately suffered that fate. They could maybe do with maintenance.
