Principado Arena 20 Deluxe Apartment Levante Beach

The veiw was amazing and the appartment was massive and spotless

Having to collect and drop the keys a 20 min walk away from the appartment but it was a nice walk along the beach

The view ! The kitchen ! The bathrooms the apartment

Beds were uncomfortable ! Sorry have to be honest !

The apartment was lovely, the pool area was excellent, we had it to ourselves for 9 out of 10 days, and the view from the room was fantastic

The only thing we didn't like was the long walk with our luggage to and from Benidorm booking.com, that was too much for me as I am 70 years old

Apartment was on the corner of the building and had no balcony. There was a view but not able to enjoy it.

Only one shower had hot water,poor quantity of Some of the crockery,one lift would only take 3 people and not 6 as stated, tried to contact property about faults but couldn’t get through .We had a poor experience booking apartment ,the system said they had no availability during booking process,so booked an alternative,only for the two to be confirmed ,then this property refused to a free cancellation,even though they caused the double booking , thankfully the second apartment accepted the problem and gave us a free cancellation .The managers of this apartment,in my experience feel way short of their responsibilities with regard to our stay with them !
