Peaceful Oasis By The Sea

The apartment itself is lovely. Clean, confortable and well equipped. There is the tram stop just at the corner of the street. The owner provided everything for the stay.

The building is run down in the common parts and during our stay there was a constant smell of marijuana coming from the lower floors, this is not owner’s fault of course but it was disturbing.

Close the tram, has everything you need to cook, relax and work.

Nice to se another part of Edinburgh. Easy to go into the city with bus and tram.

Gute Lage, Bus- und Bahnhaltestelle fußläufig gut erreichbar, so dass man schnell in die Stadt reinkommt. Appartement gut ausgestattet, Parkplatz vor der Tür gefunden, Gastgeber sehr nett, hat viele und gute Tipps vor Anreise gegeben 👍 Schlüsselübergabe wie beschrieben, alles sehr unkompliziert!

La posizione molto buona e ben collegata al tram per raggiungere il centro . Mike ha lasciato tutto l occorrente a disposizione necessario per poter usufruire al massimo della locazione come pentole ma anche shampoo,bagnoschiuma , spezie per cucinare ,riso .. La disponibilità di Mike sicuramente è stata molto rilevante .

Per quanto riguarda la pulizia abbiamo trovato un po' di sporco sotto al tavolo della cucina e un odore un po' sgradevole sia nell' appartamento che nelle scale un po' buie per raggiungerlo .

Lage direkt an der Tram war sehr praktisch. Der Wohnungsbesitzer war erreichbar und hat auf jede Frage rasch geantwortet. Ausführliche Beschreibung über Zufahrt und Check in.Im Quartier waren sogar Adapter für die Steckdose. Bequemes Bett.

The flat was clean very well equipped, thank you. Beds were comfortable and main rooms had games to play. It was a good location, near the tram stop and harbour and buses.

El apartamento está genial. Es muy cómodo y está completamente equipado, te sientes como en tu propia casa. Las toallas y sabanas limpias, suaves y confortables. La ubicación muy buena también, cerca del puerto y a 20 minutos en bus del casco histórico de Edimburgo. Mike fue muy amable, me mandó una lista de lugares a los que ir y fue de gran ayuda. Los disfrutamos mucho.
