Peaceful Oasis By The Sea

The flat was clean very well equipped, thank you. Beds were comfortable and main rooms had games to play. It was a good location, near the tram stop and harbour and buses.

A little rubbish left in the bathroom.

El apartamento está genial. Es muy cómodo y está completamente equipado, te sientes como en tu propia casa. Las toallas y sabanas limpias, suaves y confortables. La ubicación muy buena también, cerca del puerto y a 20 minutos en bus del casco histórico de Edimburgo. Mike fue muy amable, me mandó una lista de lugares a los que ir y fue de gran ayuda. Los disfrutamos mucho.

Super communicative host and very considerate Place was clean and comfortable and had all amenities you could need!

I'm not picking but the oven/job was quite slow to turn out and the markings had work off on the dials.

Quite liked its location and liked being on the top floor and liked the Hawthorne path a lot

Didn’t like all the uneven floors. Too many dyes to trip up and down. Up to shower. Down to kitchen then up again. Don’t think it would have passed health and safety Would have liked somewhere to hang my clothes Bed too big! Window needs cleaning

We've had an amazing stay at Mike's place. The apartment is about 3 minutes from a tram stop (Newhaven) and all check in instructions were very clear. We've had everything we needed in the apartment and it was very cozy and clean. Comfortable bed, possibility to use the stove, electric kettle and also some spices from the kitchen counters. We felt really safe and really liked the neighbourhood (we recommend to take a walk to the harbour and have some fish and chips!). Edinburgh is a lovely city to explore some nice cafes and the Harry Potter vibe, and Mike's place made it even better for us! We really enjoyed the stay. Thank you :)

Everything about this apartment is spot on! It's home away from home. The room are cozy, view is spectacular. I absolutely enjoyed my stay. Bus and Tram station are just a couple of mins walk away, which made it easier to travel to the town center. Mike wasn't there personally but he's been actively helpful on WhatsApp when needed. ❤️

We really enjoyed our stay in this cozy apartment perfect for two. Quiet neighborhood but with great connections to airport and city center. Some lovely restaurant recommendations by Mike made it easy to eat locally. It was the perfect place to unwind after a day of sightseeing and exploring.

Nice flat in a great location. Access to the trams was an unexpected bonus.

The communal areas outside the flat were a little grim - although don't let that put you off. The flat itself is fine. Parking could be a challenge although we were lucky and found a place just outside later on during our first evening - and as the trams were so good we didn't need to move our vehicle again until we moved on.
