The sofa and fold out bed were very uncomfortable and there were not enough extra sheets and blankets. Room best for 1-2 people not 3.

NZGreat location, very easy to get to, just off Courtenay Place. Super clean, great internet. Nice to be up a little higher on level 6. I was watching my daughter play futsal, and worked at the apartment when not watching sport. Perfect for that.
NZNZThe location was superb being just off Courtney Place. 6th floor so had a view. Double glazing kept noise to a minimum. The apartment was large for a couple. Washer/dryer was a bonus.
The sofa in the main room was very uncomfortable and probably better not to be a bed settee. Could have done with a microwave. Sparse decor. Also should provide 2 swipe cards and 2 keys if you are a couple doing different activities.
