Location is good

Where to begin... the digital key failed to work, so we were stuck with our bags on the street at 11pm. Called the number and the guy's "20 minutes" became 45 minutes of waiting. Upon arrival, the two building keys he handed us were impossible to use: one did not work at all and the other was misaligned with the door lock so entering the building took 5-20 frustrating attempts every time. Lastly, the WiFi password provided in the unit was misspelled, so we were without internet the first day until a bunch of back and forth messaging revealed that they simply had printed the wrong password. In light of all of these issues, we asked for a courtesy later check out time and were denied. "Always Easy" became always difficult from beginning to end.

The location and accommodations were perfect. Spacious and close to everything. The people who managed the apartment were very helpful and responded to our messages whenever we needed them. The kitchen is well-equipped and the place was spotless. The beds are comfortable.

The digital key didn't work, and just as we arrived at the apartment, the signal was very, very weak. There were four of us, and all our phones were having trouble connecting. It was a little stressful getting into the apartment, but things improved after that. The physical door key also helped us, since the digital one was failing quite a bit. I think a physical key to open the apartment would be better. They tried very hard to help us, and I appreciate that. But it shouldn’t have been like that.

Bulaşık makinesi arızalıydı ve tesis sorumlusu sırıtarak bu konuda hiçbir şey yapamayacağını söyledi ve gitti. Evin içinde çok fazla gürültü vardı, sıcak su kullanıldığında kombi çalışınca uykunuzdan uyandırıyordu. Tesis işletmecisi kahve makinası için 2 kahve kapsulü bile bırakmamıştı.

La manera de apertura de puerta del portal, en ocasiones fallaba y es desesperante tener que invertir varios minutos intentándolo.

L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter la ville à pieds. L'appartement est très bien équipé, confortable et parfait pour un groupe de 6 personnes (3 chambres, 2 salles de bain). Nous avons eu un souci avec le lave vaisselle, mais le personnel est intervenu très rapidement.
