The hand wash pump in kitchen did not work properly

Beautiful apartment with amazing sea views from every room. Great location at the foot of the Mount, with lots of cafes and restaurants located right below the hotel. Excellent communication from our hosts, they checked in to see how we were and answered all our questions We had a wonderful stay and would love to return

Fantastic apartment, had everything you would need including beach towels which is a nice touch. Views were incredible as was the bed!!! Expectations were exceeded, highly recommended this apartment.

The apartment is beautiful, clean, amazing sea views and have everything you need.

Amazing views from every room in the apartment so no one missed out on views. Heaps of cafe's beneath the hotel which was handy for breakfast or coffee's if wanting to eat out. The walking trail for the Mount and beach tracks are easy access. There were books and games in the room, and smart TV if wanting to stream anything, plus heaps of local channels. Kitchen had everything you need to cook, including oil, salt & pepper, tea / coffee etc and great washing/drying etc facilities.

Was pretty great, nothing comes to mind! A bit of construction noise in room next door but that's about it.

Great location and views. The apartment was excellent and very comfortable. Close to restaurants, beach, shops and Mt Maunganui. Excellent accommodation. Great service rom host who provided clear instructions and checked in to see how we were settling in.

Hotel complex was upgrading pool and spa area, so this wasn't accessible at the time of our stay.
