I like the location as it is near to everything

Small cockroaches,

What I liked about the property is the owner and staff. They are nice

My partner and I booked 4 nights here for my work and for us to spend more time together. 1st, we checked in late because the unit was not cleaned on time (they had problem with the cleaner based on the owner). We understood and still communicated properly and the good thing is the owner initiated to pay 200 pesos for the 2-hour late check in but we insisted to check out late on Saturday instead and he immediately agreed. 2nd, the room was okay but it's not clean (maybe due to lack of time spent on cleaning bc they cleaned fast so that we could check in already). There were too many small cockroaches (but based on them it's a problem on the bldg.), I was not able to use the dish rack bc it's dirty so I just got the things that we needed for us to be able to cook and eat then I wash them with hot water. We have to wash anything before using them bc of the cockroaches :( i also had to clean the pail and dipper (tabo and timba) bc there is no bidet on the cr and we had to use them but it's also not clean. I was also disappointed that the toiletries we had was a big bottle of shampoo but was infused with water and that was it. The same goes with the dishwashing liquid. But when I asked the owner abt it, he insisted to send me 250 pesos so that we could buy our own toiletries. After spending the night, we decided to check out after 2 nights bc my partner had to rest (nigh shift) and I still had to look for another unit. But the owner is kind enough to agree and refunded half our payment (2/2 nights) immediately. He and his staff apologized deeply. They were nice. But I hope this doesn't happen again bc it's too hassle for people like us, especially that we planned this stay for a long time since my partner and I planned this not only for work but to spend more time together bc of conflict with each other's schedules.
