Everything is nice, clean and very comfy. I like the showerhead 🙂 It's a glass head with filter 🙂 I will book this place again for sure!

"Perfect stay!!!"

Locations is great, literally 2 minutes walk from Venice Grand Canal, it's near every single attraction in BGC. Owner and his assistant are great and friendly, staff of the hotel are also very accomodating, all in all the stay was great and I would recommend it 100%.

The only small thing that I could think of are the towels. Just get better towels. It's insignificant little thing in general. It's still a 100% recommendation!!!!

The owner is very receptive to the needs that we have requested, ample supply of toilet paper, hooks to hang change of clothes after shower and bathroom mat to avoid slipping accidents. Lobby is very nice, location is very good because it is just 10 minutes walk to Venice Grand Canal. What a nice gesture to have given us something to snack on our last day (palabok), gratitude expressed as we are always in contact with the owner of the unit. The view was overlooking the pool from another building. Comfy for locals but for those who are used to having all amenities available, a little short of expectation. The unit is clean, we had a pleasant stay inspite of the things that we need.

No grab bars inside the shower for elderly renters, no flat sheet just fitted, blanket should be queen size, pillow too soft, very small dining table, no bidet, suggested to install grab bars inside shower for senior renters, beddings may be improved like providing more hangers. But again, we appreciate the concern that the owner has of our needs. All these suggestions for improvement will benefit their future renters and when expressed were appreciated.

Everything I need in one place is here. Comfy and Clean plus the host is so responsive and helpful to make our stay so smooth and enjoyable. From booking to checkin/checkout every process is seamless. And you don't need to use credit card since I dont have one. Kudos Andrew cheers.

I just wish there is a bidet in bathroom thats all ty
