Portemilio Hotel & Resort

Room was beautiful, patio overlooking the ocean was large and picturesque. Employees could not do enough for us, and always had a smile and question about our stay. Massive swimming pools, bar and food service at the pool.

Maybe if I had to change something, I would have added some international variety to the Breakfast Menu.

The initial room I was given was not what I had booked and did not meet my expectations. However, the team was very kind and promptly arranged a room change, which I really appreciated.

Services could be better

We booked a room for a family of three adults. The room featured three single beds and a lovely balcony. The beds were comfortable, and the staff was helpful and friendly. Although we didn't take full advantage of all the amenities like the pool and beach, we plan to visit the property again.

The safe was not functioning, so we could not leave our valuables in the room. We had to validate our parking tickets each time we exited the parking garage. Last, the reservation system inadvertently charged my credit card twice, and I am currently working with the staff to get the transaction cancelled.
