Staff were not very welcoming at all. For the money we paid I did not get a sense that they actually cared at all,

Staff were very slow at reception other people who made a big deal of their room not being ready were brought up before us. Was told to wait 50 min before they could get me into a room. My passport was left in the safe after repeated calls to the hotel to check I was advised it was not there had to get an emergency passport. 2 weeks after my stay they contacted me to tell me they had my passport and it was still in the safe. Very annoying experience and they did not seem to care at all. Not sure I would stay here again.

Séjour désastreux. Les chambres sont sales (odeur de cigarette, tapis jonché de morceaux d’ongles non aspirés, dressing rempli de miettes à l’arrivée). Le ménage est inexistant : j’ai vu la femme de chambre utiliser une serviette usagée pour « nettoyer ». Salle de bain délabrée : aucune pression d’eau, fuites permanentes. La piscine est pleine de détritus, les toilettes communes du resort sont dans un état lamentable. L’hôtel est très vieux, sans rapport avec les photos trompeuses de Booking. Connexion internet quasi inexistante. Nous avions demandé une table et un fer à repasser : la table a taché tous nos vêtements et le fer défectueux (fils apparents, fuite d’eau) représentait un vrai danger d’électrocution. Malgré mes signalements répétés, aucune solution proposée ; le manager s’est contenté d’excuses à notre départ. Cet établissement ne mérite pas plus d’1 ou 2 étoiles selon les standards européens. À fuir absolument : on trouve bien mieux, plus propre et moins cher dans les environs. De plus l'hôtel ne se situe pas dans le resort mais dans un immeuble annexe. les photos sur booking sont trompeuses.
