"Disaster ...I would like a full refund or I will never book with you again"

Freezing cold ...the bed was hard as concrete ...woosing sounds via toilet ...bad noise via air conditioning...it was a disgrace

Staff were helpful

- whole place stinks - bathroom stunk of urine - mattress was so THIN and uncomfortable awful awful awful - pillow may aswell have not existed (to to use my clothes to put underneath just to get a bit of thickness) - random bloke walked in on my and my partner at 9am this morning and said boombaclat (great homophobic experience) - same bloody price as a travel lodge or something so just stay there! - wish id known it was a student accommodation

"Good night's rest"

It was quiet. The kitchenette with pans, utensils, appliances and fridge were very useful. I chose this place because it has a decent gym with weights and cable machines. Wifi worked well. Common areas like corridors and lift were clean. It felt safe too.

The room could do with some more careful cleaning (pay attention to the ceiling) and some minor maintenance like repainting below bathroom door.
