The Red Cottage and Hawaiian Pond Garden Paradise!

Comfortable bed, peaceful surroundings. Mini ice maker was a nice touch

I didn't see a pond anywhere, possibly due to the overgrown foliage. The small ice maker was making some strange noise on my last night. I didn't check it because I was already in bed. The next morning, all the ice was melted and it said add water. I didn't know how to do that, so I turned off the power.

Coup de cœur ! La chambre est très bien décorée et agréable, pareil pour la salle de bain. Cuisine extérieure équipée et avec déjà plein d’ingrédients que l’on peut utiliser. Patrick donne aussi plein de bons conseils pour passer un super séjour. C’était parfait !

Its a very comfortable and quiet place to stay. The host always has the room looking fresh and clean, and very responsive when you need help with anything.

I love this place. I have no complaints.

Lovely, cozy place in the middle of Big Islands rainforest. Outdoor kitchen and eating area under a porch with authentic nature sounds and encounters (cute geckos). Patrick is very responsive and even provided us some food due to our late arrival. Despite a bad storm everything stayed dry inside.

Unfortunately there was a dirty pan with small food leftovers on the stove.

A funky fun stay with an outdoor kitchen and a claw foot bathtub. A little hard to find in the dark but the cottage was great, with an eating area outside, a full kitchen and great decorations. A friendly and helpful host.

It is a small beautiful cottage, kitchen and bathroom are good

It is best for 2 people, we have 3 people, I feel the room is a little small for 3 people

It was the perfect staycation for me... a serene weekend get-away with a genuine touch of authentic Hawaiian Ohana. I loved eatng outside at night under the patio lights, listening to the sound of frogs and birds. The throw-back record player and rain-like bathtub experience were an unexpected bonus! Patrick, the host, was extraordinarily kind, upbeat, friendly, a wonderful conversationalist! He really made me feel very safe and welcome, even though I happened to be traveling alone. Would go back in a heartbeat--no regrets!
