Très bon emplacement à proximité immédiate du petit port d’Arrecife et ses petits bars à Tapas. Parking gratuit et commerces à 2 pas et facilité de déplacement vers toutes les directions possibles pour naviguer facilement à Lanzarote. Petit balcon et terrasse intérieure très agréables. La propriétaire est très réactive, communicante, nous a donné quelques conseils et a répondu à toutes nos questions.

Tout,c'était horrible car quand on est arrivé à l'aéroport il nous a dit a la dernière heure que on pouvait pas réserver la maison car elle prend 4 personnes alors que dans le site c'était écrit max 5 personnes,on est resté tout la journée dans la voiture.

The apartment was very clean and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The host, Mariola, is extremely kind and helpful, providing all the necessary information. The apartment is located on the second floor and requires climbing about 40 steps, which was not an inconvenience for us since we were out during the day and returned in the evening.

The only minor drawback was that the internet connection did not work perfectly all the time, but this was not an issue as we had mobile data. I highly recommend this place and would happily return in the future.

Es un piso céntrico, ageadable y cuenta con las comodidades básicas. La anfitriona o persona de contacto fue muy cordial, rápida, flexible y eficiente. Aún pidiendo solo trona para el bebé, me lo dejaron todo, hasta toalla infantil para ella 🥰🥰

Es un piso con dos habitaciones dobles, pero al ser una persona sola con un bebé, aun estando el piso correcto, obviamente, para mi situación fue caro. No tiene AC y ha hecho frío, pero queda claro en el anuncio. Es un segundo piso sin ascensor, no es un problema, pero iba con carrito y, al parecer, por letreros en la entrada, no se puede dejar en ella. Seguramente aparezca en la descripción, pero no lo leí. En resumen, si la próxima estancia en Arrecife la hago con 3 personas más, hace buen tiempo y no vamos con bebés, no dudaría en volver.

We had previously stayed in Apartamento Estrella 4 so knew the apartments. Apartamento 5 did not disappoint. It almost has everything you need for a short stay. It is simply decorated but it works well. There is a lot of space and it was great to have a small terrace with the table, chairs and washing machine. The apartment was very clean and in good condition. It is in a great area right next to El Charco de San Ginés. You have the main shopping street 2 minutes walk away and there are lots of nice restaurants near by. The host, Mariola, could not be any more helpful. She is always available to ask any queries and nothing is too much trouble. Overall a great apartment in a great location. Would definitely recommend it.

The apartment could benefit from having a few more basics like salt, pepper etc but they are not essential for a short stay. The tv was very temperamental and sometimes the applications wouldn’t work properly. Not sure if it was the Wi-Fi connection or not but it was frustrating.
