"Quiet in the city and walkable everywhere!"

Perfect location. Walkable to the Riverside Mall for affordable souvenirs shopping. Walk to Botanical Gardens, Bridge of Remembrance, and lots more! Next to ENTCentre for night activities such as mini golf, bowling, arcade and movies. Will definitely recommend this stay and will come back again if we're in NZ. Great space. I'm surprised that there's no heat pump or heated towel rack in the bathroom but it's no deal breaker. Balcony facing the Law building, makes us feel safe with the police cars always around. A big plus when you have a dedicated parking space in the underground garage!

Perfect Stay in Christchurch – Feels Just Like Home! We absolutely loved our stay in this apartment unit in Christchurch! The location was unbeatable—just a short walk from the city’s lively dining and shopping areas, with restaurants, cafés, shops, and even grocery stores conveniently nearby. It made exploring the city so easy and enjoyable. The unit itself was spotless, cozy, and fully equipped with all the amenities you’d expect in a real home. From the kitchen setup to the laundry facilities, everything we needed was there—making our stay extra comfortable. Having a dedicated parking space was a huge bonus since we rented a car. What made the experience even smoother were the clear and thoughtful instructions from the owners. Finding the place and settling in was stress-free and easy. Overall, this apartment was the perfect base for our time in Christchurch. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and homey place to stay!

"A Wonderful Apartment"

It was a beautiful apartment right in the heart of the city walking distance to everything. Car Parking included was an extra bonus. Nice and large and everything you need. We will be back again.
