Cleanliness and amenities

The location itself is great but being directly across from a very loud police station at all hours of the night isn't great. Double glazed closed windows helped block noise. Apartment was stifling hot even in April so I think the walls hold the heat of the sun all day and slow release heat all night.

Everything about this property was perfect. Extremely comfortable beds, very spacious and clean, had everything you could need and fantastic location. Hosts were very responsive to questions prior to arriving. Highly recommend this property.

Great location, very near Riverside Market (lots of food options) and Bridge of Remembrance. Apartment looks new and modern; has all the conveniences provided which includes a dryer and coffee machine.

Can be a bit noisy as it is near a main road.

The property was quiet, in great clean and tidy condition.

The kitchen could have done with a few more utensils for example spatula, cheese grater. We also found that it was very very hot in the bedrooms even with the windows open or aircon on in the living room. A fan would have been ideal for the warmer months. We thought it would have been useful to have an extra key as only having 1 meant we all had to come and go at the same time.

Clean and nice property. Parking included.

They asked me to take out our own trash, which feels like typically part of what we pay for, so that was odd.

Perfect for what we needed, central location, everything you need is right at the doorstep.

Size of bathroom was little

Nice and clean, good kitchen and laundry facilities. Great central CBD location. Great to communicate with.

The apartment is a bit echoey, which could be softened by a large rug or other furniture. Would be nice to have a couch rather than just two lazy-boys, not very family friendly when only two people can relax.

The apartment was a couple of minutes walk away from riverside market and little high. Super central and easy to get around. The apartment had great facilities, was very affordable and offered a car park which was a bonus! Will definitely consider staying here should we return to Christchurch. The hosts were super responsive and had great communication. Highly recommend staying here.
