Beautiful 1 bed apartment

I waited over a hour to get into the place with the help of a guest the booking ap didn't work could not text or call staff. My room was next to a train station train track . No curtain . Rusty spoons . Cupboards under the sink unit dirty .broken or not working lamp and broken blinds in the wardrobe. When I tried to book out it took over a hour to return my key. No code was provided for the key box or the number of the box .Not a good experience

Nothing, and I want a refund. I wasn't given access to the property. I was given a pin number, no room, no where to use the pin and the phone number wasn't connected. I didnt stay at the property.

As above. I require a refund as I wasn't able to stay at the property.

Wasn’t as clean as in the pictures and had missing cutlery

Clean room and sheets, towel provided, good WiFi, tv , bathroom and kitchen area

Was a bit tight, the attic roof is on the side, so had to bend often

Good, clean and spacious
