Beautiful 1 bed apartment

Bed was clean and comfortable

The place was dirty, dirty lid on bins, ground in dirt in bathrooms dirty area around room, heater off wall leaning on cabinet which was a fire hazard

If I’m gunna be honest my stay felt very unsafe for 2 girls, very rough area. Windows put thru at the back of the building, are car also got keyed right outside the property!

Also might as well be a hostel not an apartment considering there was people who were actually living there given by the council I’m assuming. Bedding also stank of smoke!

The only thing good about the property it was easy to get to as it was right opposite the train station

The property doesn’t look anything like the pictures they have on booking.com i had to call the property owner when i got there tv wasn’t working, lamp wasn’t working, by the time the guy had come the heater had been on for 2 hours and still was freezing in the room. The shower had no hot water what so ever it was freezing cold water, it was a nightmare. Its soo noisy u cant rest, doors open and then bang shut, and all i could smell was damp and weed in the whole property i wouldn’t stay there again it wasn’t even worth the money i paid.

Nothing like photos. filthy floors, skirtings, shower and bedding. Broken cupboards, Hairs in shower and bedding with duvet reeking of B.O. Tea cups with no kettle, frying pan looks 50 years old. No tv as advertised. Screaming neighbors till early hours and can hear everything on streets. They advised to park on a street which had smashed up cars and filth everywhere, not the welcome I was expecting. No message to say how to get in, I had to call which they gave me wrong information, then put me in a room they didn’t give correct wifi details too. I wouldn’t stay here again if someone paid me. Definitely not ‘beautiful 1 bed apartment’.

Clean and well presented apartment, good value for money, no hassle entering and leaving apartment. Would stay again.

Nothing! We didn't even get to stay at the place, from the outside the building looked like an abandoned building, broken windows and doors, piles of rubbish, rats 🐀 running around, a strong smell of urine and weed, list is endless!

Parking would've been on the side roads, there were men in cars that looked suspicious, we didn't feel safe at all, ladies of the night were also on standby, and there was even one sat on the stairs smoking weed right outside our "beautiful apartment" There was a lot of some white stuff on the bedding, and a weird strong smell in the room, spiderwebs, dirty We arrived just before midnight and we had to leave to find alternative accommodation which turned out to be quite expensive but choice isn't what we had. So disappointed, it's deceiving to even advertise this as beautiful apartment because that couldn't be any further from the truth! Place is a dump. Told owner about it and all they said was "apology that you didn't like it, thanks!" Despicable! Avoid, avoid, avoid...

Located on the first floor of an abandoned pub. Approachable via firestairs pic attached next to a garbage mill. Check in was a nightmare. The apartment is far from beautiful. After Check out the host harrased me via phone call and messages that I did not return the key. See attached pic. I want a refund.
