The staffs are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is truly a cut above, the food is delicious. The room is spacious with a broad balcony. We have a great time chilling at the balcony at night without worrying about mosquito They have a new sauna area but unlucky we didn't have the chance to try out yet

Gorgeous, clean, comfortable, brand new bungalows. Super nice and helpful staff.

Construction with noise and chemical smells right next to pool. This disqualifies it as a "retreat". I came to relax a bit, but that was the wrong place for it. Staff was super helpful and flexible and adjusted my booking. For a place that calls itself a Retreat there needs to be more focus on relaxation, especially by the pool. It should be quiet and more comfortable pool furniture provided.

Bath tub in the room with a view was glorious. Beds were comfy and huge. Gorgeous location.

There was karaoke in the afternoon which wasn’t in keeping with the retreat feeling but it didn’t last too long.

It is really nice and luxury resort that we really enjoyed on our trip. The hotel arranged us 2 trips for our 3 nights stay. We went to see Mu Chan Chai rice field terrace for entire day with motorbike trip and then about 7km hiking.and bamboo forest. Extremely nice trip, really happy full of memories and nice pictures. Another trip was to hot springs, local market in Nghia Lol highly recommend. We have also enjoyed the resort as well as the fact that this is no tourist area so the crew gave us really a lot attention so we enjoy every moment. I did feel like VIP person.

can not believe that have a such beautifull place like this in Yen Bai. Maybe have the best restaurant in town, also have the football mini stadium and you can enjoy the match by local peoples

nothing, their allotment is limited ( i saw 10 rooms) so earlybook is smart way

The pictures online were amazing, and the in person experience not only lived up to what was shown online but far exceeded any expectations! Everyone who worked at the resort was so helpful, kind, and made us feel at home! The rooms are very private, peaceful and very clean! Add to that the most stunning view of the Nghia Lo valley and surrounding mountains. ALL of the meals we had were exceptional. Huge portions of the most delicious food imaginable! 10/10 stay, which I would highly recommend to any and all!

Absolutely nothing, this place was a perfect dream.
