We were not able to check in on time. The cleaner was not even in the building when we dropped our backs off at 12. We were asked to leave the keys with the cleaner at 10am, but by 12pm she had not arrived. Both us and the neighbour did not know how to use the hob. Instructions should be left in the apartment.

everything from cleanliness to everything, I find myself with pimples all over my place by sleeping there two nights we had to leave early cause the place was just filthy, paid for cleaning not even one person came to clean, i want my money please.
