Management.. Waiting to long on check in when its your time to check in.. Plqce was not ready Cleaning service did not do her job.. I have to clean my self up on arrival time.. I just want my cleaning service money back!!!!!!

The property was not clean, and the day i checked in i waited almost 2hrs waiting for the keys of my room, at that moment at the reception it was cold, a manager also insisted that i have to come and collect the keys in their office instead of bringing them to me🚮the Netflix account was not signed up, i couldn’t manage to watch tv.
ZAIt’s closer to a lot of things
1. I couldn’t open the safe , the housekeeper came 2 hours later to try and failed 2. The housekeeper then gave me her key which doesn’t have a tag on the lift or from outside meaning I had to ask the security to tag me to my room and also open for me
