Wavertree Drive 3 bed contractor home in Leicester

The location was excellent—convenient and easy to access, with the added bonus of parking available right at the front of the house, which made arrival and unpacking very straightforward. The house itself was lovely: clean, spacious, and extremely comfortable, making it a perfect choice for a family stay. It had a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with tasteful furnishings and thoughtful décor throughout that made it feel like a home away from home. The kitchen was particularly impressive—generously sized with ample bench space, making meal preparation easy and enjoyable. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again.

There was no dishwasher, despite there being ample space to accommodate one. Additionally, the number of utensils provided was insufficient—although the accommodation is advertised for five people, there were not enough utensils even for three. The double bed was uncomfortable, and the towels appeared quite worn and would benefit from being replaced.

The home is Beautiful, lovely and bright. It worked well for us, for to being close to family. Looking forward to coming back.

It's a 5 bed stay but there were only 3 forks, no rooms and the towels could be nicer.

Lock box with a code was really easy. The location was handy and the decor was really nice.

A generic visitors manual with no specific instructions for this property. They did not respond to our email questions and it took us forever to figure out how to get heat in the house and hot water. The windows were so dirty you couldn't see through them and our feet went black from the dirt on the floor.

That the light bulb needed changing in the front bedroom which I had to changed from the smallest bedroom ,I moved the small chest of drawers nearer the bed to make it easy to reach things from the bed I notice a dirty cotton bud on the floor by the chest of drawers and the top of the chest of the drawers plus table lamp which was on the chest of drawers was very dusty which makes me think the cleaning of the room was very limited
