"Great place to stay on a trip to York"

Location - Very close to the centre of York, so a 5 min walk to the Castle Museum, 10 min walk to the Shambles. Property - Lovely and clean. Good size living room, kitchen had everything we needed. Welcome bottle etc very nice touch. Beds were comfortable and en-suites were spotlessly clean. Great pub a few doors down and a lovely chinese just up the road.

If the weather had been good no outside space. Road was a bit noisy.

Perfect location, spacious, everything you needed!

Paint work needs attention. The outside and hallway don’t do the rest of the home justice. Also, very warm. The weather was baking but maybe need a couple of fans?

"Great location and excellent stay in spacious apartment."

Excellently located for everything York has to offer. only a 10 minute walk to shops, restaurants etc. Real home from home with everything you could possibly need. Nice touches - teabags, coffee sachets and tea bags provided with little individual milk pots too. Bottle of wine in fridge and large bag of crisps. Spotlessly tidy and very well appointed throughout. Very comfortable beds. Would definitely book again.

In the master suite on the top floor, there were no electricity sockets near a mirror. Lighting at sink area quite poor. Whist the windows faced out to a busy road, sound proofing was very good, but windows would benefit from a good clean, inside and out. The smaller of the two double rooms has no mirror or anywhere to hang clothes. This is all constructive criticism only as it didn’t spoil our stay.

Close to town centre, spotless clean and comfortable staff very helpful on all occasions when contacted Good information book in house with contacts details of local area Highly recommended

The only concern was problem with floorboards level one unstable and unsafe we have reported this as our friend fell and injured herself

"Another enjoyable stay"

Our second stay at this property & it didn’t disappoint. there was a very thoughtful gift of a bottle of Prosecco left by the owners & the Christmas tree had been put up This property is close to the city with plenty of bars & cafes nearby as well as secure parking at the nearby Q park. We will definitely return here again
