"new experience as no hair wash product and has to do housekeeping as customer"

I am local and come from akl. u are the first person to tell me u dont supply hair wash since i used private home service from 1996. i didnt expect hotel standard but at least basic service. Also，u are the first person to tell me customer has to bring rubbish bag to the outside general waste bin and has to change their bed sheet themselves as well as u didnt inform customer when they fanalise their booking. whatelse you want your customer to do？maybe do the housekeeping and clean your toilet？

Everything was really good. Check in to check out. Enough blankets and towels. Pedestal fans provided. The AC cools the entire house well

far enough away from the bustle of town but still close enough for convenient coffee and groceries, and a short walk to the redwood tree walk which was amazing at twilight.
