Entire house, Crambeck,Welburn, near Castle Howard

Unfortunately, nothing.

Needs a very deep clean, house was cold and fire in lounge didn’t work. Outside area was green and dangerously slippery. No hairdryer. Freezer was turned off yet still contained food from previous guests. Crockery and cutlery had to be washed before we could use it, real poor attention from the cleaning staff.

The house felt just like a home from home. As if you had gone to visit friends and they had left you alone. Everything was beyond expectation - from the extremely well equipped kitchen, to the luxuriousness of the bathroom furniture. There are actually 3 toilets - not sure why the advert only says 2. There's a downstairs toilet, a main bathroom upstairs with a great bath and shower, and then a further ensuite shower room to the master bedroom. The house was extremely well cleaned before our arrival. We used the heating for an hour or so on a couple of the days, and the house was warm in no time. Also, in case like us, you are worried about it's proximity to a main road, very little noise can be heard outside, and almost nothing from inside, even from the front bedrooms.

Almost nothing really. If we had to be picky, we would have appreciated some cushions for the sofas, and there isn't a dishwasher, even though the advert says it has one. We didn't cook any main meals whilst we were there though, so this really didn't bother us.

Lovely clean large property. Very welcoming place to visit.

Everything was great.

House was lovely and very well looked after. They thought of everything to make our stay great. Shampoo, laundry detergent and all the utensils you need.

The cooker needs repair. We struggled to turn the oven on and top dial kept coming on. Other than that everything was great.
