The area was peaceful and the courtyard garden was lovely to sit in and listen to the tranquil surroundings. The house was well equipped with everything you need for a family stay and lovely touches with the BBQ, games and books to entertain in the evenings. This house is ideal in location for visiting York and also Lightwater Valley Theme Park for the kids. Would definitely stay again
