Pilar8 - Apartamento céntrico y moderno con piscina y parking

De ligging t.o.v. de binnenstad is erg goed maar wel een hele klim. Slechts in enkele minuten ben je er. De inrichting van de accommodatie was echt top. Het ontbrak aan niets. Heel veel folders beschikbaar met informatie over stad en streek. Keuken, woonkamer, badkamer alles prima ! De host heeft zelfs de moeite genomen om ons de weg te wijzen met zijn auto naar de parkeergarage (beetje stuurkunst nodig).

Todo correcto. Limpio y acogedor. Muy importante, Parking incluido. En la zona es imposible aparcar porque las calles son muy estrechas, y en los alrededores, es bastante complicado. Eso sí, para acceder al sitio, has de entrar/salir por sitios bastante angostos. Creo que el coche más grande que vi, era un Sportage. Los más pequeños pasan sin problema. La ubicación del apartamento es idónea, eso sí, es el casco antiguo de Jaén, lo que significa que, las calles, son superempinadas, hay que tener buenas piernas. La calle es muy tranquila por lo que es ideal para descansar.

Realmente, no hay nada que no me haya gustado.

Very new and spacious flat

The entrance to the garage and route was very narrow Hiring a car meant we’d hardly had the time to get used to it. Luckily there ws a free carpark close by. As we’d chosen the flat with a garage that was disappointing. Jaèn is very hilly. One needs to be able to walk wel to cope with the inclines. (Including rote by foot to flat)

Appartement moderne, propre, confortable, spacieux et bien équipé dans un immeuble très bien tenu. Il présente aussi l’avantage d’être situé tout près de la cathédrale , mais dans une rue tranquille. Nous avons eu quelques difficultés avec la clé virtuelle, mais Javier a été très réactif et est intervenu . Le garage sécurisé est un plus quand on est au centre ville . Nous n’avons pas utilisé la piscine, mais elle était à notre disposition.

The streets to the garage are very narrow - but if you’re an experienced driver they really aren’t an issue

ZONA MUY TRANQUILA Y SUPERMERCADOS ALREDEDOR Y SOBRETODO FAVORECE LA PISCINA

ME GUSTO TODO,LA UNICA PEGA SON LAS CALLES QUE SON ESTRECHAS PARA LLEGAR AL PARKING AUNQUE CON UN PAR DE MANIOBRAS PUES SE LLEGA FÁCILMENTE

La tranquilidad y la cercanía al casco histórico, muy limpio y todo al detalle .

El parking , demasiado estrecho para las entradas y salidas.

El apartamento limpio y cómodo. Con todo detalle.

La piscina ,no es piscina es una especie de alberca,estaba sucisima y llena de cagada de palomas.

El apartamento tal y como se ve en las fotos, estuvimos en pilar de la imprenta n°8, 1°A la microondas cafetera piscina venía muy bien para refrescarte ya que la temperatura era excesiva , unos 40 °C. El parking bien, las camas cómodas y todo muy limpio. Teníamos de todo lavadora, lavavajillas , cafetera, microondas. Etc..
