"Excellent stay"

Quiet air-conditioning and location. Clean, modern well furnished and equipped flat, responsive helpful owner Comfortable quiet bedroom.Lovely to cool down in the pool, which was quiet and private.Would definitely recommend.

Would recommend some basic guidelines about how airconditioning/appliances work and where to throw out rubbish, in English, as the owner does not speak English. Would like extra pillows in the bedroom. Knives need sharpening for slicing food.

"Nice apartment and stay, terrible parking situation."

The place is clean and well appointed in the city. Easy to walk to places and had everything you would need.

We couldn't coordinate the key retrieval timing so I had to pick the keys up from a bar in town, which was odd but worked out. Getting to the apartment in a car was VERY difficult. Unless you have a VERY small car (I was in a Ford focus) I do not recommend using the parking. I had to have 4 people help me get out of the very narrow streets. And the spot in the garage was extremely difficult to get into. It was a nice stay but the arrival and departure was so stressful. That alone would make me chose a different stay. If you have no vehicle, though it's great.

The property is in the centre of Jaen town near shops, restaurants and beautiful Catedral. It is clean and well-maintained. Javier the host was very nice and helpful.

There is nothing really that I didn't like. I can only say that parking was quite challenging, but Javier helped us and explained everything. That was actually an amazing experience and kind of could lift up your driving skill😉

"Confortable spacious appartment with parking in central Jaen."

Very well equipped appartment near everything in Jaen. Complete kitchen but many restaurants cafes and tapas bars nearby so you don’t need to cook! Spacious light and airy. Big comfortable bed with good linen and towels. Communication with Javi was quick and efficient. Parking a huge plus. Fabulous place to spend a couple of days. Dog friendly.
