USClean, predictable, Onsen, kind and helpful staff, attitude of service, water and coffee in lobby, amenities in lobby, heated toilet seats, laundry room, close to train. 11am check it. Affordable too. I’m used to staying in “the big Japan brand chain” in Tokyo where they go out of their way to thwart any service or service-minded attitude, have an earlier check out and don’t flex on it, without charging. This was a refreshing break from that. Very kind people here.
