"概ね満足です。"

駅から直結していて、雨や雪に濡れないのが良い。札幌市内のホテルは満室であったり値段が高いので、新さっぽろに宿泊するのは盲点だった。札幌駅までもJRもあれば、地下鉄でも行けるのが良い。部屋も綺麗で広く快適でした。大浴場もあるのが嬉しい。

大浴場がせっかくあるのに、サウナがないのが大変残念です。あと、少し気になる点としてはエレベーターのドアが開閉するのがとても遅く、軽くイラッとくる。

駅直結であること。 すぐ隣に商業施設(飲食店も含む)があること。

向かいが病院なので仕方ないのですが、救急車のサイレンの音で目が覚めることがあった。
