Self-contained, private entrance, near city centre

Perfect host, very accommodating, very polite and professional, made us feel at home, his fur baby was a delight to meet as well! Beautiful garden and terrace. Very close to city centre, lovely quiet area, everything we needed and more! Would highly recommend and look forward to staying again when in Norwich

Wifi was decent, location was ok for me :-)

This is in the basement of a house and the ground floor at 8am has kids running around, the dogs paws tapping the floor where its running around on the wooden floor. I was leaving at 9am but was always woken around 8!

Great and fast communication. Good location for what we wanted. Very much appreciated the milk in the fridge!!! We just needed a base of each night, and that's what it was.

Made it sound like parking was fine, but it wasn't quite as simple as it was made to sound by the 'free parking' symbol on the booking. We didn't have to pay but can only get 4 hours. Offered the day pass, which was accommodated, but felt reluctant. Quite unclean and uncomfortable. I'm pretty sure the bed is broken on one side, so I was glad it was only me in there. Due to the setup of the home, it's quite noisy, and the owners (presumably living above us) are early risers.

This flat really is such a gem, it was in a safe, pretty Norwich neighbourhood and was easy to travel around using public transport. Accessing the flat was simple with the host being communicative from the outset. The flat itself was so, so beautifully designed, very scandi and minimalist. Kitchen space was really generous and just nice to be in with a lovely view out to a long garden. The main bedroom was super comfy and warm with underfloor heating and a thermostat you can control yourself. It then made me smile to see all the eco touches throughout the place like the ‘who gives a crap’ loo roll and non-tox hygiene and cleaning products. WiFi worked great and the host had a little guide available to look through. Thank you again for having us!

Amazing kitchen very well equipped. Comfy large bed. Great location near to city centre Helpful hosts.

The only minor issue was the sleeping arrangements. One king size bed, one small futon and a very high up elevated bed. Me and my 2 young children slept in the king size together because the "loft" bed is too high for little ones managing a ladder in the night. This was shown on photos but didn't appreciate the height of the bed This wouldn't stop me returning again. Next time I'll take the futon and they can have the big bed.

Location was very good for what I needed for work.

The bed was wat to low felt like you were sleeping on the floor WiFi was hard to connect to and kitchen felt cluttered and greasy on top of this the noise from upstairs was bad lots of banging and slamming.
