Ocean's Creek Beach Hotel

The Location was adequate for our purpose. Breakfast was good. Wide variety. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the service was excellent. When we asked for something, you got it almost immediately.

The Australian beef was not something we enjoyed. I do not recommend this as a vacation location for older kids or teens. Perfect for business trips and couples. The room service menu is a bit limited.

breakfast was ok. the omelets weren't that great. room service charge was ridiculous. juices werent the best. variety option was limited. the staff were very unfriendly. we had a late check in. we left our towels at the place and were charged because we didn't get back our red cards. terrible!!

being charged for the non return of the red cards. why didn't the towel agent advise us on this. we left the towels behind and didn't get our red card. so were were charged

It was nice, friendly staff, clean, nice sized room.

Overall it was very good experience / rooms and overall area was mesmerising

only the Menu for breakfast / Dinner and lunch can would have surely bit more spread out. It has limited option and also repetition could been seen . Secondly pool tables etc were mostly ouccpied by you staff most of the time. One staff member told me that it can be used above 12 years old and didnt allowed my kid to use. But late i saw it was being used by many small kids and there were no restriction .

No beach to swim, and no beaches around, far away from the city center.

The rooms was very calm and comfortable. Had a very peaceful rest.

We received a warm welcome, room was very clean and spacious. Food was good. Entertainment was lovely...the group was very professional.

Dinner at the restaurant was good but at some point food was cold. Unfortunately, we didn't get a late check out as we expected. Check out time is 11:00 too early.
