The place is beautiful and a very relaxing environment

The service. Very poor service, menu could be better. Breakfast was the same everyday

The unbelievably loud music that was loud even inside the rooms and which went to after 11pm.

Everything, specifically staff is very cooperative and humble

The apartment was lovely, comfortable and clean. The facilities were great, gym, pool, restaurants and bars.

Small appreciation was at start of the dinner of first day of stay during the dinner at the buffet restaurant. But it soon ended with a disappointment when the staffs were not attentive to us.

The AC in the room kept on turning on even we woke endlessly to turning it off. We literaly did not slept the whole night. Dirty pool bar and beverages at bar was terrible. Food at the buffet was limited choice with 1 type of Suchi being mosserved on mass quantity (Wasabi was in form of sauce in the second day). Flies an mosquitoes were all around the food and even at sitting area. The staffs at restaurant was very cool in telling us nothing can be done to it since no repellent is available though they requested for it. Tea breaks were terrible with very poor quality of tea and coffee being served.

Everything was just so perfect, the room, the food, the drinks, the pool, the sauna and especially the staff.

All the staff was very helpful and friendly

It wasn’t not clean enough they didn’t clean the room every day not even refill the bathroom and tissue we got lots of yellow moss in the room even at the pool also
