Woodsmill Quay Riverside Apt - Heart of York

The location was spot on, the apartment it self was homely. We all enjoyed it and will come back again.

There was nothing we did not like about our stay. We would recommend having USB sockets,

Design was nice very modern

Really hot , didn’t realise windows opened until the day before we left as we contacted the number provided and they took 3 days to reply . Really loud noises / music coming from pub across till 1 am on the Thursday night . Main bathroom had horrible smell clearly very poor ventilation .

Amazing location. Great views across the river and the city. Having a parking space was a real benefit as public parking costs are crazy. This apartment is a very short walk into the city centre shops.

Nothing. All was excellent.

Broken lift that has not worked for number of months. Broken stairs light switch which meant stairs were hazardous. Disgraceful initial refusal by management to take card details for bond over the phone prior to granting access, particularly in the face of us previously being advised the bond was payable in cash.
